Location: Youngsville

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time assistant to support logistics coordination, documentation organization, and general operational tasks. This role focuses on tracking parts through post-processing, coordinating drop-offs and pickups, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

There is potential for expanded hours for candidates with experience in marketing coordination or PR support.

This role is ideal for someone seeking structured, professional part-time work during weekday daytime hours in a small-team environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Track parts that are out for post-processing
  • Coordinate drop-offs and pickups with vendors
  • Maintain internal visibility on part status
  • Communicate updates to internal team
  • Follow up with vendors on timelines
  • Help ensure parts move smoothly through processing
Documentation & Organization
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Track project-related documentation
  • Maintain internal tracking sheets
  • Prepare documents using templates
  • Route documents for signature
  • Keep shared folders organized
Office & Operational Support
  • Arrange meals for meetings when needed
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling coordination
  • Light Cleaning as needed

  • Marketing & PR Coordination
  • Organize marketing materials and assets
  • Support trade show and event preparation
