Job Description

Under general supervision, this role provides comprehensive clerical and administrative support to senior managers and staff within the department. Duties include answering and screening telephone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, processing mail and faxes, drafting correspondence, collecting, compiling, and analyzing information, handling higher‑level calculations, investigating discrepancies and making administrative decisions, managing office supplies, maintaining department files, performing data entry, and updating informational databases.

In addition, the candidate may process expense reports and invoices, provide budget tracking, handle confidential records, and arrange travel. The position requires exercising significant discretion and may involve supervising junior office staff.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 0–2 years of administrative experience for Admin Assistant I; 2–3 years for Admin Assistant II; 5+ years of extensive clerical/administrative experience for Admin Assistant III.
  • Ability to collect, compile, and analyze data.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of initiative and judgment.
  • Proficiency operating standard office equipment and advanced computer software (word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and presentations).
  • In‑depth knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient use of SAP.
Working Conditions
  • Office work environment, 76–100% of time.
  • Travel up to 25% of time.
Testing Requirements

Applicants must complete SHL Microsoft Assessments for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint during the selection process, demonstrating competency in applying illustrations, layouts, formulas, and presentation techniques.
