Location: Mamie
Sun Realty, a trusted Outer Banks property management company, invites applications for an Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher (Seasonal - Full-Time) to join Air Handlers OBX's HVAC team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and coordinate service requests with technicians.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or admin roles, strong phone etiquette, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Quick Books or field service software is a plus.
