Operations & Household Assistant

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, flexible assistant to support KP Reddy, founder and CEO of Zero RFI, with a mix of business operations and household management. You'll wear two hats—transportation logistics for work meetings and events, and keeping the household running smoothly. This is ideal for someone who's equally comfortable driving to a client meeting as they are managing a household task, and who thrives on variety.

Operations & Business Support

• Drive KP to offsite meetings, client visits, and company events across the Bay Area

• Coordinate meal arrangements for meetings and daily needs

• Provide on-site support for company events and offsites as needed

• Handle business errands (shipping, supplies, office logistics)

Household Management

• Daily dog walks and pet care

• Grocery shopping and household supply runs

• Household task coordination and execution

• Additional household priorities per family needs

• Reliability & discretion: Fast-moving startup environment; ability to maintain confidentiality

• Flexibility: Comfortable shifting between different types of work; no task is beneath you

• Problem-solving: Anticipate needs and solve issues proactively

• Professionalism & warmth: Work comfortably with business contacts and with the family

• Local knowledge: Familiarity with Half Moon Bay and Bay Area logistics is a plus

• Valid CA driver's license with comfort driving Bay Area roads
