Salary Range: $46,215.00 - $60,080.00.

The Administrative Support Associate role applies specialized knowledge to provide administrative support for effective operation of office functions within a designated department.

• Greets customers/patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answers and routes incoming calls as appropriate.
• Scans and files paperwork.
• Requires multi‑tasking capabilities.
• Requires adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines.

This role may require access to information considered sensitive, including but not limited to HIPAA Protected Health Information and other information regulated by Federal and New York State statutes. Workforce members are expected to ensure that access to information is based on a “need to know” and is the minimum necessary to properly perform assigned duties; use or disclosure shall not exceed the minimum amount required, and reasonable efforts shall be made to ensure that information is adequately protected from unauthorized access and modification.
