Job Description
This position will be located at the Tyson Family Center for Technology in Monroe, working under the direction of the Corporate Education & Training Specialist.
- Administrative support
- Assist in the day-to-day admin tasks of the Corporate Education Department: scheduling meetings, data entry, creating course folders, organizing training materials, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Interest in education, community engagement, or program development preferred
- Willingness to learn and be mentored professionally
- Ideally pursuing a degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. - Excellent Communication

Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, as the role involves coordinating with various departments and assisting in creating training materials. - Basic Technical Proficiency:
