TheOpportunity
Pine Valley is looking for a Branch Operations Administrator to become a trusted partner at the center of our Indian Trail branch.
This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to understand how the whole business works. You will connect customers, field operations, sales, administration, and the systems behind them, helping keep the branch organized, informed, and working together.
The right person is an exceptional communicator, a natural multitasker, and someone who stays steady when the pace picks up. You can manage competing priorities without becoming reactive, work confidently with customers and coworkers, and earn trust because people know you will follow through.
As your knowledge of Pine Valley grows, so does the ownership you can take on. The goal is simple: become the person people trust when you say, “I’ve got it.”
What You’ll OwnThis is the administrative hub of the branch. You will touch nearly every part of the day-to-day business and keep the office, field, customers, and leadership connected:
- Own the customer experience. Answer phones and email, support customer questions and account needs, coordinate quote and service follow-up, and make sure customers receive clear communication from the first conversation through service delivery.
- Keep scheduling, dispatch, and field communication moving. Coordinate schedules and routes, communicate with technicians and field leadership, support production needs, and help keep sales-to-service handoffs connected.
- Run the financial and administrative side of the office. Support billing, payments, accounts receivable and collections, reporting, vendor coordination, records, and the recurring administrative work that keeps the branch current and organized.
- Support payroll and people administration. Coordinate payroll inputs and timekeeping, maintain employee records and onboarding documentation in the HRIS, and support recruiting, day-to-day HR administration, and employee questions with professionalism and discretion.
- Own the systems and the follow-through. Keep customer, service, and account information accurate in the CRM and other business tools, stay ahead of the details, and make sure the right information gets to the right people without needing to be chased.
A strong foundation for this role is 3+ years in office administration, customer operations, branch support, or service coordination within a home-services or field-service environment, along with confident customer communication, strong CRM and HRIS/payroll-system skills, and the ability to manage…
