Job DescriptionThe Student Worker
Data Administration Intern (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)The HR Team is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven intern who can effectively balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and quality. This position requires approximately 20 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to support a variety of administrative functions.
Preferred Qualifications- Basic organizational and time management skills, including effective time blocking and task prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- High level of clerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and navigating new technology and systems quickly.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and maintaining simple tracking spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with printers and office equipment, including mail merges and large print jobs.
Shoes for Crews Administration
- Process and manage online shoe orders for employees.
- Monitor order status and assist with routine administrative follow-up.
- High-volume workload with straightforward processes.
- Gather employee updates, announcements, and photos.
- Design and compile the company newsletter.
- Ensure timely publication and professional presentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee files.
- Perform routine filing and document management.
- Support weekly goals to ensure records remain current and compliant.
- Maintain parking assignment and tracking spreadsheets.
- Process routine updates and swaps.
- Coordinate minimal administrative follow-up as needed.
- Track company key assignments and returns.
- Update records accurately and consistently.
- Manage a process that is detail-oriented and time-intensive.
- Assist with orientation presentation delivery through prepared speeches or videos.
- Support the onboarding experience for new employees.
- No I-9 processing responsibilities.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute employee packets and HR materials.
- Assist with mail delivery and other office support tasks.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Download and distribute standard reports on a daily basis.
- No data analysis required; focus is on timely and accurate report retrieval.
The successful candidate is dependable, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency. This individual takes initiative, works independently, and understands the importance of maintaining confidential employee information while supporting the team's daily operations.
Previous custodial experience preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
