Admin Lead - Support Services

The Support Services Administrator assists with camp logistics including scheduling, arrival and departure, Ranch House operations, and guests on campus. Must be one full year out of high school.

• Answering phone calls
• Help with on-site arrival and departure days
• Caring for volunteers, visitors, camp pastors, and their families
• Manage and oversee operations of the Ranch House
• Must know how to use Microsoft Office and office equipment for general troubleshooting

• Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
• Administrative experience required
• Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and email experience required
• Customer service mindset
• Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
• Respond with grace in high-stress situations

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
• Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
• Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training

Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job.
