Automotive Service Advisors

A busy, well-established automotive dealership in the greater Wilkesboro area is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

Have experience in automotive sales or as a technician? We’d like to speak with you! Experience in motorcycle, RV, or marine dealership sales or service is also welcome! We’re open to training motivated candidates who understand dealership operations and want to grow into a service-driven role. Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers and walk them through the repair process
• Write accurate repair orders and provide clear estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Keep customers informed and build long-term trust
• Maintain strong CSI through professional, honest communication
• Work efficiently in a team-focused environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive, RV, Powersports, or Marine)
• OR relevant experience in automotive sales or technician roles and a strong desire to transition
• Strong people skills - you know how to build rapport and keep customers coming back
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
• Familiar with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, Dealer Track, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Someone who wants to stay long-term and be part of a stable, respected team
