Team Automotive is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while producing accurate, efficient repair estimates. You’ll play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring repairs are accurately documented and completed to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do- Meet with customers to inspect damaged vehicles and explain the repair process.
- Work directly with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the repair process.
- Review repair procedures and OEM guidelines to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
- Monitor repair progress and supplement estimates as needed.
- Communicate repair updates and expected completion times with customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure all estimates comply with insurance and manufacturer standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial estimate through vehicle delivery.
- Previous collision estimating experience required.
- Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, DRP processes, and OEM repair procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
