Subaru technician experience is a plus! We're looking for someone with a strong automotive background who is ready to bring their skills to a professional, team-oriented service department.
As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while working closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide quality service to our customers.
What You'll Do Diagnosis & Repair- Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
- Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs based on vehicle condition.
- Communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
- Work closely with other technicians and dealership departments to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Help ensure repairs are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to every repair.
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, accuracy, and productivity.
- Stay current with automotive technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer training.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- 1-2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required.
- Subaru technician experience is a plus.
- Experience working with multiple vehicle makes and models is preferred.
- ASE certifications and manufacturer factory training are a plus.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
