Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers. • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance services are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, and other minor components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Assist with other service department tasks as required.

• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
