Full Time, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:30pm, Must have extensive knowledge of automotive gas and diesel engines. Pay based on Experience, We pay on a performance based flat rate tier system. Your income based on your knowledge and performance. (50,000.00 to ) Paid Vacation, Closed Major Holidays, Medical Insurance, Retirement Plan, and Uniforms. Must have own tools, and room for Growth.

Lead Automotive Service Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.

• Examines customer vehicles
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance to include drivability issues
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance to include air conditioning repairs
• Documents services performed
• Requests necessary parts
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
• A motivation to learn and succeed
• Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Preferred Experience:
  • ASE certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
