Seaside Service Center is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Hampstead, NC. This full-service repair shop offers $30-$40/HR through a hybrid flat-rate and guaranteed-pay plan, along with a Monday-Friday schedule and no regular weekends. Technicians work on a variety of domestic, European, and fleet vehicles, with seasonal boat and jet ski work. The shop offers an easygoing, tight-knit environment with experienced A-Level Technician support and an actively involved management team.

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance across a variety of vehicles.
• Complete automotive diagnostics and drivability work.
• Diagnose and repair braking and suspension systems.
• Perform tire service and wheel bearing repairs.
• Diagnose and repair oil leaks and other mechanical concerns.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document needed repairs.
• Service domestic, European, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform seasonal boat and jet ski service and repair work.

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• B-Level automotive repair skills with the ability to handle general repairs and maintenance.
• Comfortable performing light automotive diagnostics and drivability work.
• Experience working with brakes, suspension, tires, wheel bearings, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to work across domestic and European vehicles.
• Ability to produce around 40 flagged hours per week.
• Tekmetric, digital vehicle inspection (DVI), diagnostic, or European vehicle experience is a plus.

Seaside Service Center is a 3-bay, full-service repair shop with a consistent workflow and strong customer base. Technicians currently average 40-45 flagged hours, with experienced A-Level Technicians available for support. The shop offers a tight-knit team, low turnover, involved ownership and management, and variety across automotive, fleet, and seasonal marine work.
