Your Role as a Service Advisor:
As the connection between our customers and service team, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional ownership experience. You will help customers understand their vehicle needs, recommend services, and ensure every interaction reflects the Team Automotive standard.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
Communicate updates between customers and technicians
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back
Work with a team focused on delivering outstanding results
What We’re Looking For:
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Strong organization and follow-through
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Automotive service experience preferred but not requiredA positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
