As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll learn the Maven Roofing business from the ground up, gaining expertise in:

• Customer service and relationship management
• Sales and marketing strategies
• Financial management and budgeting
• Operations and team leadership

Through hands-on experience, mentoring, and community engagement, you’ll build the skills to lead your own team, grow new business, and develop a high-performing team. At Maven, we foster a competitive, results-driven culture where success is recognized and rewarded.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, retail/hospitality customer service, or military leadership
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Must relocate or currently live within commuting distance of a Maven Roofing location
