Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-focused specialist to support Direct Buy customers by email, phone, fax, and EDI. You will review orders for accuracy, process orders, samples, vouchers, and credits, and communicate clearly about changes and product availability.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other departments, you will help implement sales programs and maintain pricing databases. A BS/BA and 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing role are preferred to excel in this position.
