Junior Project Manager

Approximately 5 years of project management, project coordination, or PMO experience.

Strong interest and foundational experience in project budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource management.

Proven ability to manage project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.

Ability to identify project risks, monitor action items, and drive deliverables to successful completion.

Experience with Clarity PPM (not required).

• We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with approximately five years of project coordination and project management experience to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key business and technology initiatives. This individual will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to track deliverables, manage timelines, monitor risks, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. A strong interest in financial management, budget tracking, forecasting, and resource planning is important, as this role will provide exposure to project financials and portfolio reporting.
  
  The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in driving action items to completion, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Clarity PPM or similar project portfolio management tools is a plus but is not required.
