Client Relationship Manager III

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients
• Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support long-term retention
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove service with a strong operational focus
• Develop, implement, and maintain client programs, services, SOPs, and operational best practices
• Act as an operations subject matter expert and collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs
• Lead client and cross-functional calls with clear communication, operational updates, and priority alignment
• Communicate operational status updates, service enhancements, and product improvements to clients
• Coordinate and manage resolution of critical client issues from discovery through remediation
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify service deficiencies, process gaps, and operational risks
• Review processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience
• Ensure adherence to procedural controls, performance metrics, and reporting standards
• Support Cox Automotive's objective of driving client growth and retention through operational partnerships

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Communications, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 6+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, fleet operations, customer success, operations management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing complex client relationships, national accounts, or enterprise-level customers
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
• Experience analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive business outcomes
• Fleet management, transportation, automotive, logistics, or commercial services industry experience preferred
• Experience supporting national or multi-location clients in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated success developing operational processes, SOPs, and service improvement initiatives
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future

Demonstrates expertise in client relationship management and operational excellence, with a strong focus on developing and implementing effective client programs and processes. Proven ability to analyze operational data, enhance service delivery, and drive client satisfaction in a B2B environment.
