Junior Quantity Surveyor

One of Ireland’s standout civil engineering contractors is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a project in North Dublin

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, track expenditure, and support the management of project finances.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Provide support in managing variations and ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress.

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• Some experience in a quantity surveying role (internships or relevant experience will be considered).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Salary

  Competitive range of €50,000 – €60,000 (DOE).
