Ames Construction is seeking a skilled motor grader operator to support our heavy civil projects. You will operate a Cat 672 or similar, use GPS/grade control, and read grade stakes to ensure precise elevations and alignments on road and site work.
You will perform daily inspections, coordinate with surveyors, maintain blade control for smooth surfaces, follow safety procedures, and help keep production efficient with minimal rework.
