Service Master Restoration of Wilmington is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead restoration projects from start to finish in Hampstead, NC. You will coordinate crews, schedule subcontractors, and ensure quality workmanship in line with industry standards.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration or construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. IICRC certification is a plus, and familiarity with Xactimate and Symbility is valued.
