Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews and employee owners. The role offers hourly pay from $21.00 to $23.00 based on experience, with weekly pay. A $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus in year one accompany ESOP eligibility and other benefits.
Under a crew foreman, you will learn Morton safety and construction procedures, read plans, operate tools, and assemble footings, framing, siding, doors, and roofing. Expect travel 25% and physical demanding work.
