Brand Designer & Production Artist

$23.00 To $26.00 Hourly

This position works directly with the Printshop Manager/Creative Director to service both the Sales & Marketing team as well as the Print Production Team. Be prepared to multitask between marketing projects that further the reach of the company by aiding the sales team and preparing production-ready artwork and design proofs for our various clients.

• Responsible for being the "go-to" person for branding and design standards
• Conceptualize and execute designs for a variety of marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, email campaigns, landing pages, and trade show graphics
• Tackle product photography, in-use image photography, and informational video production for social platforms and sales team needs
• Understand brand standards and product messaging for multiple companies, and apply such knowledge in design solutions
• Create proofs for production artwork for customers/clients and assist in managing the production pipeline through
• Juggle multiple projects and remain flexible throughout multiple rounds of feedback
• Precisely prepare all design files for final production, delivery, and archive
• Maintain excellent organization of files and assets
• Proofread and double-check all work to ensure accuracy & quality
• Work in a well-organized and on-time manner, with a strong desire to learn and continue improving your skill set
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills required – must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
• Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Salesforce with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Basic understanding of current AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Adobe AI services for speeding up productivity
• Sense of urgency with simultaneous attention to detail
• Excellent writing and speaking skills – able to articulate design rationale in an educated & unbiased manner
• Familiarity with  for production schedule management is a plus
• Familiarity with Dropbox and One Drive for file management is a plus

• BA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 3-5 years of experience with a strong graphic design portfolio that reflects this experience
• Experience working on marketing/branding projects as well as production-ready artwork
