Home Well Care Services – Wilmington / Carolina Beach, NC

Home Well Care Services is seeking a highly organized, compassionate Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing in‑home care agency.

This position will begin part‑time (20–25 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time leadership support role as the agency expands.

This role is the operational hub of our office — managing caregiver schedules, handling client calls, and supporting new client inquiries.

• Create and manage caregiver schedules using web‑based software
• Fill open shifts and manage call‑offs
• Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding schedule changes
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Support new client inquiries and explain services and pricing
• Assist with intake coordination and follow‑up calls

• 1–3 years scheduling, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional phone presence
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented
• Home care or home health experience preferred
