Job SummaryAs a Miniature Golf Attendant, you’ll support daily operations, assist guests, maintain a clean and safe course, and help create a fun experience for families, vacationers, and locals.
Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful first impression
- Explain course rules, answer questions, and manage guest flow
- Handle equipment checkout and returns (putters, balls, scorecards)
- Operate the register and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the course, walkways, and common areas
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and busy weekend traffic
- Monitor the course to ensure safety and a positive guest experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer‑service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings/weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Prior customer‑service experience is helpful but not required
