HVAC Service Dispatcher | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours:
9:30am to 6:00pm | Hours are flexible / negotiable
Schedule:
Monday through Friday | with occasional Saturdays during peak season
What You Will Be doing:
* First point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients
* Dispatch service technicians and schedule service calls,
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups
* Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
* Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times
* Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

What We Are Looking For :
* 2 + years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
* Advanced customer service skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
* Organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
* Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
* High school diploma or equivalent
