Job SummaryAs a full‑time Customer Loyalty Representative, you are the primary contact and face of the company for our customers. You will provide excellent customer service in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner. Your role involves scheduling appointments, addressing general billing inquiries, and ensuring an overall positive experience for clients. We value the first impression you create and appreciate your efforts to make every customer feel valued and appreciated.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
- A knack for outside‑the‑box thinking, problem‑solving, and creativity
- First call responder handling billing questions, scheduling services, and addressing concerns
- Assistance to technicians with customer accounts, including outbound calls for billing and appointment setup
- Email monitoring and timely response to customer inquiries
- Consistent delivery of a great customer experience
- De‑escalation of calls or routing to the appropriate department for assistance
- Close communication with the field team, managers, sales team, and other departments
- Education of customers on service plans, basic pest knowledge, and general information about Killingsworth Environmental
- Assistance to teammates and managers whenever needed
- Practice honesty, integrity, and passion every day
- Assist customers with a friendly, upbeat, and helpful attitude each time
- Resolve customer calls or emails in a timely and accurate fashion
- Communicate and share information in a professional and kind manner among teammates while following manager instructions
- Take initiative to problem‑solve, research, investigate, and create solutions for customer concerns
- Utilize and become familiar with technology, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Front, Pest Pac, and other core customer care programs
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of administrative/office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer‑focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Associate degree
