What You’ll Do
- Manage the logistics of fleet operations and ensure all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly.
- Handle inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
- Enter complete and accurate information promptly and record unit location.
- Communicate accurate billing information to the service provider.
- Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
- Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events and keep customers updated on event status, following their instructions.
- Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
- Prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines while managing time effectively.
- High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- A degree in a related discipline or industry experience.

24/7/365 environment. 2nd (Evening/Nights) or 3rd (Overnights) shift positions.
