Service Coordinator – Customer Service Specialist ($18.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE)

Position Overview:

Serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to homeowners and commercial clients. Builds scheduling and dispatches service technicians, coordinates maintenance visits, and manages follow‑ups.

9:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (occasionally Saturdays during peak season).

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to homeowners and commercial clients
• Schedule and dispatch service calls, coordinate maintenance visits, and manage follow‑ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
• Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times
• Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications
• Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

• 2+ years of experience as a dispatcher, schedule coordinator, project coordinator, or similar office experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Microsoft Office software skills
• Data entry skills
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service scheduling / coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry recommended but not required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
