Location: Whiteville
Role Overview
As a Domino’s Customer Service Representative you will contribute to Heightened Time Awareness. Your responsibilities include answering every phone within two rings or less, ensuring orders are placed in the oven in less than three minutes, and making sure delivery orders leave the door in less than fifteen minutes.
Requirements- Pre‑screened by Hire Right Background Check, National Crime and Sex Offender Background Check, and Basic Urinalysis Drug Testing.
- Positive, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills; you will be the first contact for phone in‑ and carryout customers.
- Model Domino’s Perfect Image standards at all times. Domino’s will provide uniform shirts and hats; you must wear black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (denim, corduroy, stretch, yoga, or sweatpants material not allowed).
