Location: Whiteville

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Collections Specialist in Whiteville, NC!

Pay rate: $15/hr

Shift availability:
Operating hours:
Mon - Sat, 8a-9p, Will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift during those hours, must have open availability

Temp to perm ($22/hr upon conversion)

Collect on delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures. Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.

Requirements:

  • Call Center, Collections or Customer Service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Collections experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must have flexible schedule
  • Bilingual is a plus

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
