Responsibilities- Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience
- Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex, including non-standard and multi-destination itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex fares
- Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before travel
- Perform both routine and non-routine work
- Benefit from comprehensive training by experienced colleagues and use our social intranet to stay up to date
- Learn phone service and be available for phone calls supporting our front‑line teams as directed by leadership
Fort Bragg, North Carolina
Salary$38,000 – $40,000 annually
Qualifications- 2 or more years of experience working in a customer service industry or with the U.S. military
- General computer knowledge/ability
- A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- A positive, “can‑do” attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
CWT accepts Military experience/certifications as a substitute for some requirements.
