Customer Relationship Specialist

Overview

Victory Arms & Munitions, LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in how we communicate with our customers, promote our business, and support day-to-day customer service operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working with customers through email, phone, and social media. This person should be organized, creative, comfortable learning new software, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.

This is a varied, hands-on position that includes customer communication, social media management, email marketing, digital content creation, promotional planning, NFA paperwork support, and coordination with manufacturers and distributors.

• Customer Communication: Communicate professionally and promptly with customers through email, phone, and multiple social media platforms. Respond to customer questions and help ensure customers receive accurate information and a positive experience.
• Social Media Management: Help manage the company's presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Reddit, You Tube, and other relevant channels. Create and schedule content, monitor customer engagement, and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
• Email Marketing: Create and send weekly marketing emails and customer communications using our mass-email platform. Assist with developing email content, promotions, product announcements, and other campaigns designed to keep customers informed and engaged.
• Digital Content Creation: Use Canva and other digital media tools to create advertising materials, promotional graphics, social media content, and other marketing assets.
• Sales & Promotional Events: Assist with planning, promoting, and executing special sales, promotions, events, and other customer-focused initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Help maintain customer information and utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, improve communication, and support customer retention and engagement.
• NFA Paperwork Support: Assist customers and team members with paperwork and administrative processes related to NFA-regulated products. Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with applicable requirements and company procedures.
• Returns & Repairs: Assist customers with product returns, warranty claims, and repairs. Communicate with manufacturers and distributors as needed and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
• Manufacturer & Distributor Communication: Work with our manufacturing and distribution partners to resolve customer issues, coordinate returns and repairs, obtain information, and support other business needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, particularly by phone and email
• Experience managing or creating content for social media
• Basic graphic design or digital content creation experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow projects through to completion
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfort learning and using new software and online platforms
• A professional and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with firearms and the firearms industry is preferred

Experience with the following platforms is a plus:
Canva, Facebook, Reddit, You Tube, Mail Chimp, Microsoft Word, CRM software

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people but can also sit down and independently get things done. The right person for this role is comfortable switching between answering a customer question, creating a promotional graphic, preparing an email campaign, coordinating with a manufacturer, and helping keep administrative processes organized.

You don't need to be an expert in every platform or responsibility on day one, but you should be willing to learn, pay close attention to details, and take responsibility for your work.
