Guest Experience Members ensure  that each guest hasoutstandingexperience while reinforcing our company standards.

Theyare responsible forthe daily operations ataModWashlocation.

Youwillwork as a team to ensure each guest hasoutstandingexperience while driving membership sales to help grow theModWashbrand.

• Deliver mind blowing guestservices.

• Present and explain each of theModWashpackages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.

• Safely guide guests through theModWashtunnel.

• Actively engage withguestspre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.

• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.

• Ability toworkflexible schedules including nights and weekends.

• Any other duties assigned, by the leadership team

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)

• Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire workshift.

• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform jobduties.

• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up totwenty-five pounds.

• Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.

• Respond quickly tosounds.

• Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.

• See clearly and respond to dangeroussituations.
