As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience:

• Greet and assist guests with questions, slope passes, rentals, and lessons
• Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Help guests plan their perfect day on the mountain
• Keep the front desk and guest areas running smoothly and efficiently

• A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Excellent communication skills for phones, emails, and in-person interactions
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous customer service experience, hospitality, or ski industry experience is a plus
