BC Automotive in Bryson City, NC is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep/ Service Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will also be responsible for writing up service orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer concerns and vehicle issues, and coordinating with our skilled technicians to get the job done right.

• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Write up accurate service orders based on customer and technician input
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service history
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
