Store Customer Service Rep
The main requirement for Domino's Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and customer service orientation. Customer Representatives are required to communicate with customers throughout their shift and handle various customer related issues. They must be knowledgeable about product details, services, charges, and other relevant information to assist customers as needed.
CSRs will also receive training in basic store operations, including making pizzas and product control.
