Full-Time Orthodontist Opportunity | Selma, NC (4 Days/Week)
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Orthodontist to join our established, high-performing practice in Selma, NC
! This is a full-time opportunity working 4 days
per week in a thriving, established office with an experienced, highly tenured team and a strong patient base.
Step into an existing 3–4 column schedule seeing approximately 40–60 patients per day, with the opportunity to continue growing alongside a supportive team and organization.

Highly Rewarding Compensation StructureEnjoy a strong, Medicaid-focused orthodontic model, including $50 start / $50 finish bonuses.
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of orthodontic experience preferred
- Confident in treatment planning, case acceptance, and patient communication
- Experience with brackets and Invisalign required
- TAD placement experience is a plus
- A true practice builder, mentor, and team leader who values patient relationships and long-term growth
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
