Full-Time Orthodontist Opportunity | Selma, NC (4 Days/Week)

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Orthodontist to join our established, high-performing practice in Selma, NC
! This is a full-time opportunity working 4 days
per week in a thriving, established office with an experienced, highly tenured team and a strong patient base.

Step into an existing 3–4 column schedule seeing approximately 40–60 patients per day, with the opportunity to continue growing alongside a supportive team and organization.

Join a well-established location with 7–8 years of community presence, a loyal patient base, and an excellent reputation backed by strong patient reviews.

Be supported by a seasoned, tenured team including 4 experienced Dental Assistants, a Treatment Coordinator, and an Office Manager, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical excellence.

Practice with the tools you need for success, including an iTero Element scanner and Pan/Ceph imaging, while partnering with trusted labs including 3M (Solventum), Align, and ODL.

Enjoy a strong, Medicaid-focused orthodontic model, including $50 start / $50 finish bonuses.

• 2+ years of orthodontic experience preferred
• Confident in treatment planning, case acceptance, and patient communication
• Experience with brackets and Invisalign required
• TAD placement experience is a plus
• A true practice builder, mentor, and team leader who values patient relationships and long-term growth
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
