The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their outpatient dental team. This provider will deliver comprehensive dental care including patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing oral health management. The dentist will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:
Four Day Work Week (Monday–Thur, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Perform procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, uncomplicated endodontics, minor oral surgery See approximately 16-20 patients per day Initiate and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab studies Prescribe medications and administer local anesthesia Coordinate referrals for specialty care as needed Supervise dental assistants and dental hygienists Provide mentorship and participate in staff training Participate in community outreach and dental programs Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation Software is Care Stack
Requirements: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active North Carolina dental license in good standing Competency in general dentistry, including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, and minor oral surgery Commitment to working with diverse populations Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
