Sterilization Technician
Position – Full‑time – Various dental practices, salaries range from $14.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, bag, sterilize, and store dental instruments for daily use.
- Operate sterilization equipment with minimal supervision.
- Ensure the workroom is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Perform decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of reusable medical instrumentation and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, caring, and hardworking team player.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Experience in a dental or clinical setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a safe environment.
