Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a personable, confident, and results-driven Dental Treatment Sales & Marketing Coordinator to guide patients through one of the most important parts of their dental journey—understanding their treatment options and confidently moving forward with recommended care.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines exceptional patient service with strong relationship-building, consultative sales, and marketing skills. You will meet with patients, present treatment plans, explain costs and financing options, address concerns, and provide consistent follow-up. You will also support marketing and community-outreach initiatives that generate qualified patient leads and strengthen awareness of the practice.
Your work will directly influence the patient experience, treatment acceptance, revenue growth, and continued success of our practice.
This is not simply an administrative position. It is a highly visible, patient-facing and revenue-generating role for someone who can build trust, communicate value, develop patient relationships, and achieve measurable results without making patients feel pressured.
What You'll Do
Treatment Presentation and Patient Follow-Up
- Meet with patients after the dentist's clinical evaluation to review recommended treatment.
- Clearly explain treatment plans, timelines, estimated costs, insurance benefits, payment options, and financing resources.
- Translate detailed treatment information into language patients can easily understand.
- Build rapport with patients considering implant, cosmetic, restorative, and other comprehensive dental care.
- Listen carefully to patient concerns and help address financial, scheduling, or other barriers.
- Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet accepted or scheduled treatment.
- Re-engage patients with unscheduled, delayed, or incomplete treatment plans.
- Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline of prospective patients and outstanding treatment opportunities.
- Document patient communications, financial arrangements, follow-up commitments, and outcomes accurately.
- Assist patients with payment arrangements and third-party financing applications.
Lead Conversion and Practice Growth
- Respond promptly and professionally to new-patient inquiries received by telephone, website, referral, social media, advertising, and other sources.
- Guide prospective patients from their initial inquiry through consultation, treatment acceptance, and scheduling.
- Track leads, consultations, conversion outcomes, and reasons prospective patients do not move forward.
- Support marketing campaigns promoting implants, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, dentures, orthodontic treatment, and other priority services.
- Assist with patient education materials, treatment presentations, email campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives.
- Support community outreach, events, presentations, and strategic relationships that generate qualified patient leads.
- Help evaluate which marketing campaigns and referral sources generate consultations, accepted treatment, and revenue.
- Share patient feedback, common objections, and conversion trends with practice leadership.
- Collaborate with the dentist, office manager, clinical team, and front-office staff to provide a seamless patient experience.

You will have clear goals and accountability in areas such as:
- Treatment-plan acceptance rate
- Dollar value of treatment accepted and scheduled
- New-patient consultation conversion rate
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Completion and timeliness of patient follow-up
- Reactivation of unscheduled treatment
- Marketing-generated patient leads
- Revenue generated through sales and marketing activities
- Accuracy of patient and financial documentation
- Patient satisfaction and overall experience
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience in dental treatment coordination, dental administration, healthcare sales, patient relations, consultative sales, marketing, business development, or a related field preferred.
- Dental-office experience strongly preferred, particularly with comprehensive or high-value treatment.
- A warm, polished, and professional communication style.
- Demonstrated ability to discuss services confidently and guide prospective patients toward a decision.
- Confidence discussing treatment costs, payment arrangements, and financing options.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone, email, and patient follow-up skills.
- The ability to support patients in a persuasive, ethical, and nonpressuring manner.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfort working toward measurable treatment-acceptance, sales, and revenue goals.
