Hardy Smiles Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a personable, confident, and results-driven Dental Treatment Sales & Marketing Coordinator to guide patients through one of the most important parts of their dental journey - understanding their treatment options and confidently moving forward with recommended care.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines exceptional patient service with strong relationship-building, consultative sales, and marketing skills. You will meet with patients, present treatment plans, explain costs and financing options, address concerns, and provide consistent follow-up. You will also support marketing and community-outreach initiatives that generate qualified patient leads and strengthen awareness of the practice.

Your work will directly influence the patient experience, treatment acceptance, revenue growth, and continued success of our practice.
