We are looking for a full or part-time dental associate to join our amazing team. We are a well established, family-friendly practice in Swansboro, NC our office sees a mixture of insurance and fee-for-service patients and provide a full assortment of dental care options with the latest in digital technologies. The optimal candidate for this position should be a representative of leadership, exceptional dental care, service, and results.

They must adhere to the highest standards of dental practice, ethics, service, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Valid state dental license
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing top-notch patient care
Responsibilities
  • As a General Dentist, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the oral health of your patients
  • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental treatment, including but not limited to routine check-ups, restorative procedures, and preventive care
  • Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Conduct routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns and bridges
  • Place and restore dental implants
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide oral health counseling
  • Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and maintain accurate patient records
  • Utilize advanced dental techniques and technologies to deliver high-quality care
  • Administer anesthesia and provide pain management during procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in dentistry
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
