What You’ll Do:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly guide who helps patients move from “I’m not sure” to “Let’s do this!” You’ll partner closely with our clinical and front office teams to create a smooth, positive experience from treatment presentation to scheduling.

You’ll help with:
  • Presenting treatment plans in a clear, caring, and confident way

  • Answering questions and easing concerns with warmth and professionalism
  • Supporting a seamless patient experience from start to finish
  • Partnering with the dental team to help patients say yes to their healthiest smile
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Verifying insurance for all clinical appointments
  • Collecting all monies due for services rendered
  • Developing and maintaining doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
  • Greeting and checking patients in and out, before and after treatment
  • Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans

We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a true passion for helping people.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:
  • Friendly, upbeat, and patient-focused
  • Confident discussing treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements
  • Organized and able to manage details without losing the personal touch
  • A great communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
  • A team player who brings solutions, smiles, and great energy every day

Dental experience is strongly preferred, especially experience with treatment coordination, insurance, scheduling, or patient financing.

Bring your energy, your organization, and your passion for helping patients smile brighter. We’d love to meet you!

  • A required minimum of two years of front office experience in a dental setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Required knowledge of Open Dental or other Dental software systems
