Job Title

Industrial Engineer – Level 2 (Manufacturing Efficiency)

• Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
• Perform time studies, bottleneck analysis, capacity assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Identify waste and non-value-added activities, recommend improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and standard work documentation.
• Design and optimize factory layouts using Draft Sight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; or a STEM degree with 2 years of experience.
• Or a related advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizenship required
  , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program.

• Certification or knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization principles.
• Experience using Draft Sight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross‑functional teams.
