Job Title
Industrial Engineer – Level 2 (Manufacturing Efficiency)
Responsibilities- Analyze production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize labor standards, routings, and work instructions.
- Perform time studies, bottleneck analysis, capacity assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
- Identify waste and non-value-added activities, recommend improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams and standard work documentation.
- Design and optimize factory layouts using Draft Sight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; or a STEM degree with 2 years of experience.
- Or a related advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
- 4 years of related experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship required

- Certification or knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization principles.
- Experience using Draft Sight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross‑functional teams.
