Location: Kirkland
CEMS Engineering, Inc. is seeking a CAD/BIM Tech (BIM Modeler) to develop architectural Revit BIM models and support the production of working drawings for medium-scale commercial projects, with emphasis on military base work.
You will coordinate with multiple discipline teams and ensure model accuracy. The ideal candidate brings five years of Revit BIM modeling experience, proficiency with Navisworks and Bluebeam, and a collaborative, deadline-driven work style.
