Team Health is seeking a dedicated emergency medicine (EM) physician to join our team at Mission Hospital McDowell, a modern 30-bed facility in the scenic town of Marion, North Carolina. Just a short drive from Asheville, this opportunity offers the ideal mix of professional fulfillment and mountain lifestyle.

• Annual Volume: 23,000 ED visits
• Coverage: 24 hours/day, 8-hour physician shifts
• Support:
  Daily APC coverage
• Facility: 30-bed hospital with modern emergency department
• Technology:
  Cerner EMR
• Leadership:
  New, engaged EM physician leadership team
• Optional Rotation:
  Opportunity to rotate through other Mission Health hospitals in Western North Carolina

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Great communicator who thrives in a collegial team environment
• Comfortable in a community hospital setting
