Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our community health organization in Collettsville, North Carolina. The physician will provide quality, value-based healthcare, and seek innovative ways to grow primary care within two free-standing locations in Caldwell County. Services include primary care, behavioral health, onsite lab and pharmacy.

- Patients per Day: 16-20

All ages, mostly adult
- Providers on Staff: 1 Physician, 4 NPs, 3 LCSW
- Replacing retiring physician
- Salary: $240,000 - $260,000
